主要工作内容：

1.负责产品项目冲压工艺策划，根据工艺技术/规划/工厂等制定工艺路线方案；
2.负责组织制定工艺过程失效模式分析与控制计划（PFMEA/CP），并组织产品工艺全过程PFMEA/CP接口评审；

3.负责关键工艺方案的各阶段评审（工艺性/节拍/质量/人员/安全）；
4.根据公司产品项目开发计划组织制定工艺开发计划并评审；负责工艺开发计划的内外部协调、跟踪、报告；
5.根据规划、工厂等输入信息进行生产线布局设计，并组织完成工厂平面布置图及评审；
6.负责组织工艺开发项目分析的总结（工艺过程能力/工艺节拍等），并制定冲压标准工时；
7.根据现有产能和新项目加入定义生产设备（负责设备采购进度管控、预验收、安装、文件、备件、终验收等）；
8.负责冲压工艺文件的编制以及更新工作，并监督执行，包括, PFC, PFMEA，工艺卡片，工时，作业指导书等；
9.负责冲压现场工艺、质量问题的分析、解决，冲压技术改造方案的制订，并监督实施；
10.评估现有冲压产品加工后处理工艺（模具）的合理性及改善方案的制定；
11.参与模具相关技术规范制订；
12.组织并参与各类模具设计结构各阶段审核、项目的过程跟踪和模具工程师完成模具验收；
13.跟进复制模的图纸、版样、并跟进相关技术指导，生产控制与品质保证的指导；
14.负责模具试模前的准备工作，协调与各部门和客户的联系；
15.降低冲压问题引起的报废返修，并制订返修方案；
16.遵守健康安全环境规定；
17.完成领导安排的其他工作；
18.保证和直属经理的透明和及时沟通；
19.协助主管、生产经理完成相关职责；

岗位要求：
1.大专（含）以上学历，车辆/机械/材料等专业；
2.3年以上冲压工艺设计开发工作领域工作经验；
3.有能独立分析冲压件质量缺陷并提供模具改进方案；
4.有能独立分析冲压件质量缺陷并提供改进方案，冲压车间现场工作经验；
5.熟悉冲压模具的结构和原理以及冲压设备方面的专业知识和实践经验；

The main business includes the R&D, designing, manufacturing, sales and import & export of car seating as well as its metal components.
