Responsibility:
1. Responsible for all noise and vibration related items on foundation brake customer projects. / 主导并且协调客户项目所有NVH有关的工作。
2. Plan all required investigations, develop and validate a brake free of noise & vibration in compliance with CBI and customer specifications. Propose and define noise countermeasure and solution. / 制定必要的调查计划，开发并验证符合CBI及客户噪音标准的制动器。提出并确定噪音解决对策和方案。
3. Coordinate tests with laboratory (modal analysis, OMA, ODS, etc), test benches (inertia dynamometer and roller bench), vehicle test and customer testing. / 协调测试资源完成噪音测试，包括实验室测试（模态测试，试验模态分析，ODS等），台架试验（惯性试验台，转鼓试验台），车辆试验以及客户试验。
4. Lead and manage shim supplier to achieve noise optimization jobs. / 主导和管理消音片供应商完成噪音优化工作。
5. Analyze results of noise investigations together with specialists within NVH department, or other CBI department (e.g. application, FEA, design office, friction material) and with the customer. / 和CBI噪音部门的专家，其他部门的同事（如匹配，FEA，设计，摩擦材料）以及客户一起完成对噪音调查优化结果的分析。
6. Establish common strategy to achieve best NVH-configuration taking into account cost, timing and risk. / 建立基于取得最优噪音结果的策略，同时考虑俄成本，时间及其他风险。

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering / NVH or related field / 汽车工程/NVH相关教育背景
2.1 years experience or more in automotive coordination, engineering, NVH or related field is a plus. / 1年以上在汽车协调，工程，振动噪音或相关行业工作经验者优先.
3.Good communication & coordination skills / 良好沟通及协调技巧
4. Good english both in written and oral./英语流利
