Job Description:

- Act as the Greater China Regional Quality Account Manager for keycustomers, implementing continuous improvement & customer-orientedsolutions;

- Responsible for customer accounts, leading and motivating a cross-functionalproject team with focus on customer needs in quality, delivery and cost.;

- Lead cross-functional and across multiple levels with internal contributors;

- Maintain close customer interface on new developments in technology,products and services;

- Participate in joint continuous improvement programs with customers.

Job Requirement:

- at least 2 years in customer quality experience;

- Experience in Quality System;

- Able to work independently and remotely;

- Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English;

- Manage customer projects, documentation and engineering reports.
