PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Prepare product specification and process quality, product quality plans along with product engineer.
2. Perform quality assurance and management regarding the outsourcing procedures, and satisfy the project demands.
3. Periodic audits of supplier quality processes and factories.
4. Product testing and external qualifications management.
5. In case of quality defects, manage the corrective and preventive actions using 8D methodology.
6. Develop, implement and coordinate supplier certification program.
7. Coordinate supplier evaluation system to include criteria for total evaluation and supplier performance index.
8. Supplier documents control related to quality.
9. Daily quality assurance of mass production by reviewing supplier test reports, take the lead to review nonconformance, ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
10. Interface and coordinate closely cross-functional departments, such as Order Fulfillment, Product Marketing, etc.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

？ A Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
？ A minimum of 5 years experience in supplier quality management.
？ Solid knowledge of quality management tools, very familiar with ISO9000 quality systems. Basic knowledge of Six Sigma, Quality Control tools.
？ Experiences in Enterprise Connectivity Solutions company (Copper & Fiber products) are preferred.
？ Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Must have CET4 or higher qualification in English.
？ Self driven and pro-active, good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
？ Can Travel.
