Our client, a leading US medical devices company, is looking for high caliber candidate to fill the post of: -

Brand Strategy and Consumer Insight Manager

Report to: Marketing Director

Work location: Wuhan, China

Responsibilities:

• Work with advertising agency to formulate brand strategy and develop three to five years brand Vision, Strategy and Plan, including management of the Brand Architecture and Brand Portfolio.
• Plan and execute consumer research plans (both qualitative and quantitative) and concept test (writing & testing) to support brand strategy.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, global team and commercial markets to get both strategic and operational alignment.
• Plan and execute category intelligence, including U & A, competitor analysis.
• Involve cross-functional teams of Global Marketing Team, aligns China insight work plan with regional and global requirements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 5 years brand marketing or Consumer Insight experience, preferably with FMCG.
• Proven experience and good comprehension in every kind of marketing research methodology
• Clear oral presentation skills along with the ability to create concise and effective PowerPoint presentations, deliver them to customers is strongly preferred.
• Capabilities in application of Microsoft software, excel, PowerPoint.
• Good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be proactive and creative
• Must be a team player and able to work under pressure.
