职位概要:
负责建立、发展客户资源，推广公司产品、服务，提升公司形象，以维护客户关
系，管理好部门及所属公司市场部营销推广事务。

岗位职责:
1.协助总经理制定集团总体市场发展战略以及市场发展目标；
2.根据公司产品、制定销售计划，建立和发展客户；
3.保持和发展适当的数据，对客户支持项目做出计划和分析，为公司整体战略
规划提供依据；
4. 对所属企业市场规划、调研、产品推广进行安排管理；
5.制定公司品牌管理策略，维护公司品牌；
6.负责与武汉大客户沟通和联系；
7.管理好本部门的日常事务；
8.完成总经理交代的其他任务。

任职资格:
1、教育背景——市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、工作经验——5年以上企业市场管理工作经验。
3、年龄要求——25-45岁。
4、能力要求——对市场营销工作有深刻认知；有较强的市场感知能力、敏锐地把
握市场动态、市场方向的能力；熟练操作办公软件。
5、态度——工作积极热情，责任心强；具有较强的沟通、协调能力和公关能
力，良好的团队合作精神；积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战。
