Key tasks:
? Create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly customer reports (as per customer reporting plan)
? Make easy data quality checks and follow-up with Operations if data input is missing
? Identify regular quality issues and report to the supervisor
? Regular communication to reporting supervisor on challenges and opportunities
? Share best practice within team and across all reporting agents

Skills & Competencies
? Ability to work accurately
? Organized and high level of attention to detail
? Analytical and strong problem solving skills
? Ability to work in fast paced environment

Educational background / Work experience
? Medium educational level
? Operational industry experience (minimum 2 years)

Language skills
? Mandarin
? Good written & oral English

Computer Literacy
? MS Office, especially excel
? All customer applications (i.e. FOS, AirWarder/SeaWarder, Pantrace, Intrac, COM.net, SCA, SCP, ODW and PRA, etc.)
