JOB PURPOSE:

Based in CAPSA (Shenzhen), the KD Parts Logistic quality manager is PCA local representative for CAPSA, who guarantee the respect of the KD parts logistic contract between PSA and CAPSA



RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Pre – validation of requests noticed by CAPSA
? Guaranties regular contacts between PCA’s logistic platform and CAPSA
? Analyses Claims / Quality Alert issued by CAPSA and determines its admissibilities.
? Pre-validates each Claim / Quality alert and sortings/reworks requests, in relation with PCA’s logistic platform
? Updates regularly and validates the claims / FAR and reworks files shared with PCA and used for periodical meetings and quality committee
? Negotiates the contracts with the local service companies for sortings and reworks.

II. Follow claims / Quality alerts and sortings/reworks

? Controls with CAPSA the defected part, the conformity of the guarantee lot (effectiveness of the action plan) and the advancement of the sortings and reworks.

III. Set Up the operational quality reporting
? Updates the Quality reportings with PCA, regarding new quality incident
? Consolidates the quality indicators (claims and sortings/reworks files)
? Advices PCA in case of events which probably impact the Quality, in CAPSA’s distribution center and plants.

IV. Contribution to the periodical meetings and quality committee
? Contributes to the drafting of quality procedures
? Participates to the implementation / evolution of the systems (i.e. CM Tool).

V. Participation to the unpacking missions
? Organizes the unpacking mission in relation with PCA
? Checks and/or validates the new packaging and signs the acceptance’s statement (if we don’t have unpacking mission).



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:

At least 3 years’ working experience in Logistic
Team management

Knowledge
? Logistic knowledge
? Good relationship
? nitiative mind
? Self-government, harshness ,availability, reactivity
? Automotive knowledge
Education
At lease “Bachelor” University Degree

Specific skills (language, Computer etc.)

- English language Knowledge (speak, read, write)
- French speaking is best
