职位描述

Position 1:
Sr. Process Engineer- OSA NPI

Summary:
Be responsible for OSA process, including product transfer, process qualify/develop, yield analysis and improvement, HPU down.

KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Transfer OSA product line to China;
2. Technologists for that manufacturing subdivision. Provide leadership and mentoring to ensure tasks are completed in time.
3. Implement and develop yield improvements and perform troubleshooting of existing procedures
3. FA, process debug on floor and complete the actions;
4. Setup & review SPC
5. Write production document ( working instruction, training material /IWO/ SOP/……)
6. Coach & certificate operator and technician.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. BS or higher degree, major in Optical or Physics
2. More than 4 years R&D, NPI or manufacture engineering experience and familiar with OSA active alignment process.
3. Positive, strong problem-solving capabilities on process optimization.
4. Software: Office, Minitab, Z-max,
5. CET4 and excellent communication skill

Position 2:
Sr. Process Engineer- Die Bonding/Wire Bonding

KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting NPI processes and platform setup.
2. Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into process R&D and NPI environments.
3. Continuously focus on process optimization, yield improvement, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
4. Collaborating with configuration control and design engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effectual production methods.
5. Working closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
6. Carry out failure analysis, to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree holder or above
2. Major in optical, mechanical, electrical engineering are preferred
3. At least CET-4 English level, Good English writing skill, Fluency oral English
4. Good computer skill (Excel, Word and E-mail system, data base, JMP etc.)
5. Good understanding and working knowledge
6. Good personalities, high sense of responsibility, team work.

Position 3:
Sr. Product Engineer – OSA/EDFA/LINECARD

Responsibilities:
1. Interface closely with design engineers during product development to learn the design and help provide alpha/beta samples for customers.
2. Work extensively with software and hardware engineers to develop the test process and test systems that will be used to test the optical modules once released into production
3. Once product design has been frozen, transfer the manufacturing and testing of the production line.
4. Interface with sales and product marketing teams to ensure accurate product customization.
5. Have the ownership of the assigned products including, but not limited to, the Assembly and Test Procedures, Process Flow, Cost Model, Debug Tree, Test Scripts, etc.
6. Must take initiatives, be highly organized, and be motivated to resolving issues in a timely manner.
7. Light travel to U.S. headquarter is required

Skills required:

1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics with min 2 years experience in design or test of optical sub-assembly systems.
2. Hands-on experience on related OSA/EDFA/LINECARD product.
3. Familiarity with software and test. The ideal candidate will have previously developed test processes both for verification of optical/electrical parameters and for device setup.
4. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering data sheets and specifications.
5. Ability to do a gap analysis between customer and internal specifications.
6. Ability to analyze the impact of changes to production specifications whether they are electrical, optical, or mechanical.
7. Ability to analyze yield data and identify root cause of failures; whether they are a result of design, process, materials, or test repeatability.
8. Familiarity with optical test methods.
9. Experience in developing and transferring products into high volume manufacturing.
10. Frequent interaction with offshore manufacturing facilities both as part of transfer activities and as ongoing cost/yield improvements.

Position 4:
Sr. Mechanical Engineer –Optical Products

Requirement:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS with at least 5 years of relevant experience or MS with at least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred)
2. Expert on Flotherm thermal simulation
3. Proficiency with SolidWorks mechanical design software
4. Experience in Solidworks Simulation is a plus
5. Excellent communication, planning, organizational, & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
1. Thermal simulation and heat sink design using Flotherm or Solidworks Simulation in support of design and development of high volume optical transceiver products
2. Work closely with mechanical design engineers, support the team by providing thermal simulation reports and presentations, committing to development schedules, and meeting project milestones
3. Release and maintain drawings per established engineering change order process

Position 5:
Sr. Test Engineer –Optical Products

Requirements:
1. Master degree in software, computer with working experience on optics and fiber optical industry.
2. Experience on optical test setup and test solution development
3. Strong capability on Labview, VB, VC developing, as well as some data acquisition
4. Ability to consolidate and analyze data.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of optical test solutions, and has the ability to implement experiments and program debugging.
6. Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills in English are desired.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead structure setup and all software coding activities.
2. Design and develop new or customer designed test solutions, especially test coding development
3. EDFA, Linecard or OSA based test system setup with configuration optimization
4. Responsible for taking a detailed design specification / DVT test strategy and developing a detailed verification test plan and the proposed test implementation
5. Design, develop or modify test recipes and solutions including optical, electrical, instrumentation set-up, interconnects, installation of SW application, and database communications.
6. Perform detailed verification and regression testing including embedded software code verification.
7. Development and release management of software used for automated testing
8. Need to cooperate with production designer and understand in detail the DVT and production test systems / procedures
9. Debug, qualify and maintain test systems
