职位描述
Knowledge and Skills
A high level of English language proficiency, (nearly native speaker is preferred).
4years or more ESL teaching experience in a Learning Centre, especially ages 3-14.
At least 2 year’s experience managing an academic team in a Learning Center.
Experience in training ESL teachers.
Have a good understanding of western methodology and its practices;
Have a good understanding of how to motivate teachers.
Good computer skills for example: MS Word, Excel, Power point;
Academic Team Manager Candidates should demonstrate:
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
A willingness to work diligently as a team leader.
A love of children!
An ability to solve problems with patience.
A working knowledge of the Chinese education system (knowledge of the American system would be an asset.)
Knowledge of Chinese parents’ thinking in terms of what they want for their child’s education in English.
