Job Description:

1. To take the fully responsibility for the operation department’s Profit and Lost.

2. To oversee the business operations for providing quality services local & global customers, and meet the regional and global quality requirement.

3. To make marketing plan to develop business.

4. To monitor consol planning, conduct analysis on profitability performance and make advice on profit maximization.

5. To manage the service providers including carrier, airline, trucking company and 3rd party broker to ensure they meet out service expectations

6. To communicate with Regional Office for industry and market update, and implement regional and global strategies for business development.

7. To meet with overseas visitor, joint call with sales team and CAM team to establish business relationship with customer, and explore potential / new business opportunities.

8. To oversee the customer retention program to maintain good relationship with customers and work with sales team or CAM for business penetrations from existing customer

9. To monitor service provider’s performance, liaise with carriers for space allocation and rate offering according to daily operations requirement.

10. To provide market information and prepare statistics reports for management’s decision.

11. To conduct staff appraisal and also ensure the implementation of personal development plan for all subordinates.

12. To supervise and provide on-the-job training to subordinates to ensure that policies and procedures are strictly followed, and ensure daily within the dept performed effectively and efficiently.

13. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs

The Qualification:

1. University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent with minimum 7 years’ relevant experience. Or College Graduate with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred;

2. CET- 6 above or equivalent English certificate/capability an advantage;

3. Good business acumen and customer-oriented professionalism are important;

4. Integrity and teamwork.
