-For our Energy Sector in Wuhan, we are looking for a BA Manager/商务管理部经理.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Support Sales and Offers & Order team in offer process and ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations, minimize commercial risks for Siemens;

2. Strongly involve in all aspects of commercial project management, setting up of sufficient reporting and controlling tools and processes;

3. Lead receivable collection team, actively control and support receivable collection;

4. Periodical forecast of New Orders, Revenue and Cash Flow;

5. Project Cost & Profitability analysis and reporting;

6. Guarantee, Insurance Claim, invoice management and other commercial issues;

7. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. University degree, bachelor or above; majored in commercial economy or administration related;

2. Above 5 years team leading and department management experience in commercial projects and business administration, merit at multi-national company working experience;

3. Solid knowledge mastery covering contract management, Economical Law, International Trading, Tax Law;

4. Good command of English in writing and speaking, CET-4 or above;

5. Good communication, coordination and influence skills, teamwork and result orientation sense, being reliable and responsible, can work under pressure;

6. Familiar with SAP input, MS office software;
