职位描述
Job Description:
1) Order Management;
- Managing fulfillment of sales Orders as committed
- Managing change request of orders to customers needs (pull-in, push-out,Cancellation per business guidelines)
- Monitoring the booking, billing, open orders and forecasts of assigned customers working in collaboration with Sales towards achieving Revenue Targets
2) External and Internal Communication;
- Clear and precise communication to customers
- Communicating with customers' on their needs/inquiries and communicating this need with relevant OSRAM OS internal Departments
- Working in collaboration with relevant internal departments to arrive at Win-Win solutions to support customer's needs
3) Managing Consigned Stock at Customer Location;
4) Initiate New Customer Registration and updates;
5) Coordinate Product Returns with Regional CQM, Distributor and OSM Traffic/Warehouse;
6) Coordinate and Create Credit/Debit Request;
7) Update customers with the backlog list weekly;
8) Trigger and Upload excel spread sheet file, once a month, from distributor into Plato (Demand Forecast software);
9) Create Design-ins and Wins request;
10) Create sample orders for internal Sales & Marketing Department. Follow thru on shipment details;
11) Quote Management* (only 1 identified team member has the task of managing Quotations).
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree, major in Business Management, Economics or Finance/Accounting;
- 2 years min related experience in a Multi National Corporation environment;
- Proficient in English;
- Excellent Microsoft skills (esp. in excel and powerpoint);
- Must like numbers and is sensitive to numbers;
- SAP knowledge is a preferred;
- Pleasant personality;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Willingness and ability to learn more.
