Primary Responsibilities:

Build production servers per SOP specifications for all deployment
按产品服务器技术规范部署配置产品服务器
Work and collaborate with the US、UK based Technical teams
与美国英国技术团队紧密合作
Enforce and contribute to Technical Operations best practices in Systems Administration and
security
完善系统管理和安全方面技术操作最佳实践并严格执行
Support local desktop and laptops
支持解决本地台式机和笔记本电脑问题
Resolved and document reported issues via RSi’s ticketing system
通过RSi ticket 系统管理解决提交的问题并文档化
Diagnoses and remedy issues with all the hosting or BFW production servers
诊断&修复托管或BFW 产品服务器的所有问题
Management of third party maintenance services, such as DELL, EMC, HP, Microsoft
管理第三方维护服务，如DELL, EMC, HP, Microsoft
Configure and maintain local network. Specify, test and install local network wiring
配置、维护本地网络。指定、测试以及安装本地网络线路
Install and configure routers, firewalls, wireless connection points with involvement
from US based Tech Ops
安装配置：路由器、防火墙，无线连接点
Install and configure laptops, printers, scanners, etc.
安装配置：手提电脑、打印机、扫描仪等
Upgrade servers and laptops with new memory, disks, etc.
升级服务器及手提电脑设备 （安装新存储器、磁盘等）
Allocate and correctly configure users accounts in central Active Directory
在中心活动目录分配并正确配置用户账号
Mail box setup and maintenance on Exchange server
创建邮箱，维护Exchange 服务器
Diagnose local access and performance incidents
诊断本地网络接口及性能事故
Enforce usage policies among local employees
强化员工使用规章
Support local developers for system related issues such as security best practices,
security policy, available tools, etc.
支持解决开发人员的系统相关问题，如安全最佳实践、安全政策、可用工具
Participant the 7X24 hours technical support, on call at weekend, holidays and off
hours of each working day.
加入7X24 小时技术支持计划，周末、假日及非工作日时间随叫随到
Skills and Experience Required
技能及经验要求：
Bachelor or above Degree in related field
相关学科本科及以上学历
More than 5 years experience with system administration
系统管理五年以上工作经验
Strong knowledge of server hardware configuration, remote diagnostic tools, remote monitoring, and Internet security policies
熟练掌握服务器硬件配置，远程诊断工具，远程监控以及网络安全政策
Ability to utilize and configure monitoring tools Diagnose and remedy network
routing issues both internationally.
能够利用&配置监控工具诊断并修复网络路由问题
A solid understanding of DELL R series or HP servers, Cisco firewall, HP switch, DELL
MD Storage 3000/1200 series installation and configuration
非常了解DELL R 系列或HP 服务器，Cisco 防火墙，HP switch，DELL MD Storage
3000/1200 系列安装及配置
Hands on experience with Windows 2008 server R2,Exchange server, IIS7, Polycom VC, HP Printer installation and configuration
拥有Windows 2008 server R2,Exchange server, SQL SERVER 2008 R2, IIS7, Polycom VC, HP Printer 安装&配置的实践操作经验
Ability to admin and configure Net gear NAS ,RAID, Domain controller on windows 2008 server environment, VMware with ESX or ESXI
能够在windows 2008 服务器环境下管理&配置 Net gear NAS ,RAID, Domain
controller, VMware （利用ESX 或 ESXI）
Ability to script common operations across multiple systems using Power Shell and
other tools
能够利用Power Shell 以及其他工具编写多系统日常操作脚本
Excellent communication skills written and spoken in English and “service mentality”
for internal and external clients.
优秀的英语书面和口头沟通技能&端正的客户服务心态（内部及外部客户）
Have customer facing skills to negotiate with Data Center managers for local
customers and travel to install hardware and software.
