销售助理

岗位说明：
1.负责公司销售合同及其他营销文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。
2.负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况的质询。
3.负责收集、整理、归纳市场行情、价格，以及新产品、替代品、客源等信息资料，提出分析报告，为部门业务人员、领导决策提供参考。
4.协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作；在销售人员缺席时，及时转告客户信息，妥善处理。
5.负责客户、顾客的投诉记录，协助有关部门妥善处理。
6. 库存商品的整理保管，收发货物。
7.协助经理做好内务、各种会议的记录等工作。
8.逐步推广使用电脑信息系统处理营销资料，妥善保管电脑资料，不泄露销售秘密。
9.完成销售经理临时交办的其他任务

应聘要求：
1、分子生物学、生物化学、医学或检验等生物学相关专业或会计专业，专科或以上学历。
2、2年以上助理/文秘工作经验，外企背景优先；
3、有管理经验者优先。
4、有生物试剂销售经验者优先
5、较强的事业心，开拓能力和敬业精神强，团队意识强，有很强的学习和沟通能力，良好的协调能力。
6、英语良好，计算机熟练。
7、具良好的协调沟通和语言表达能力，普通话标准流利。
8、诚实，敬业，工作细致踏实，思想清晰，条理性强。

Brief Introduction
Founded in 2004, Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise, committed to providing high quality products and services for our loyal customers.
