Responsibility
-Manage existing accounts in AM Interior/Exterior segment.
-Prospect for potential customers to generate sales leads/opportunities. And, qualify the opportunities to decide

'go' or 'no go'.
-Identify key persons in organization s who make decisions on what to buy and/or where to buy.
-Obtain interview and prepare for sales calls.
-Discover customers' task needs and personal needs and relate company's products/services benefits to the needs

by performing sales presentation.
-Communicate and negotiate with key persons on biz terms to get orders.
-Conduct and organize company's resources to support customers to keep customers with our company for as long as

possible.
-Handle customers' complaints.
-Collect relvant information at customers about demand forecast, competition, market trend, etc.
-Submit required reports to sales manager on time.
-Meet individual sales budget and booking/billing goals.
-Manage (initiate, develop and enhance) customer relationship.

Requirements:
-Degree in Physics/Optics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
-At least 3 years sales working experience in Opto semiconductor LED field, especially for automative industry
-Fluent communication (oral/written) skills in English and Mandarin
-Able to work independently
-Flexible on biz travel schedule(international and/or domestic travel)
