Job Description
- Develop and propose marketing strategies that will contribute to sustainable and long-term growth of product line sales revenue, profit targets and market share increase;
- Propose and control marketing budget, ensure marketing budget plan is implemented efficiently and executed well according to plan;
- Define marketing activities execution processes with related departments;
- Create effective marketing communication programmes to achieve maximum corporate and brand awareness and credibility that translate to demand increasing;
- Play an active role in bridging global, regional and national communication ideas, in order to achieve ONE VOICE communications throughout the world;
- Propose marketing promotion programmes and ensure good implementation to support sales performance;
- Collate and analyze market and competitors' activities to keep abreast and anticipate market requirements and needs
- Maintain close contacts to creative agency, media agency, promotion agency and PR agency in order to work out strategy and push plans to different markets
- Manage new product launch communication to assist sales achievement
- Overview to packaging design of full-range products (domestic & export, own production & merchandise), make sure all design are in line with brand image
- Assist in channel sales development to raise corporate and brand image and awareness and create a direct reach to end-users and professional groups
- Manage overall corporate communications function, which is inclusive of internal and external media P.R
- Manage OSRAM China websites (internet & intranet)
- Crisis management.

Job Requirement:
- University degree, MBA or Master in sales marketing preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing management experiences;
- Experience in multinational company;
- Good English skill both in oral and written;
- Well-exposed to modern marketing theory and technique;
- Understanding to industrial goods and sales channel

Currently, we have an electronic factory (OSRAM LCS) in Panyu, a display optic lamp factory (OSRAM Kunshan Display Optic Co., Ltd.) in Kunshan, our lamp factory in Foshan, the OSRAM Representative Office in Shanghai, a Global Purchasing Office and recently a Design Center, both located at Foshan.
