Role Description – summary

Plan and lead activities concerned with the quality planning and quality assurance of manufacturing process, materials and products

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

？ Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of quality functions

？ Establish inspection instruction and test procedures to assure the products achieve the quality objectives

？ Manage production part approval process; Keep on tracking supplier KPIs status daily/weekly/monthly on working with suppliers to drive improvement to meet the goals.

？ Lead improvement activities on product quality issues, follow up and verify the effectiveness of the action plans until close with related owner

？ Contribute to the overall quality mindset development in the whole team

Dimensions

？ At least 3 years related experience(product/process/supplier quality control);

？ Good master of both oral and written English

？ Education: BS degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or related major

？ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high initiative on self-drive on the responsibilities;
