Job Objective

1.maintain the MPS in SAP accordingly. Monitor weekly updates if needed.
2.Review the history records of the option of painting robots, get the related forecast from Sales and update the percentages in SAP to secure the correct MRP requirement.
3.Participate daily morning meeting, monitor daily output target for the manipulator and controller.
4.Follow the production progress of each order and update the picking up plan daily.
5.Participate the ECO meeting of industrial robots, maintain the routing accordingly
6.Review the master data of all those “E” parts of industrial robots, update it according to the material master templates and secure the MPR run correctly.
7.Responsible for the quotation of spare parts, coordinate the necessary resources to make the quotation correct.
8.Monitor the delivery plan of spare parts, work closely with other planners to prioritize spare part and robot orders to satisfied customer demands
9.Can perfectly finish the extra assigned task



Responsibility:

1. Master planning
-Participate in SOP process, actively evaluate the 12 months production plan of robot
-Secure SOP volume to be maintained in SAP correctly and timely
-Review the pertentage of all options periodly, refer to the history records and sales forecast to establish a reliable planning for each option
-Monitor the leadtime of robot, maintain the related information in BOL if necessary

2. Production planning
-Monitor the daily production plan, evaluate the delivery plan for every specific order
-Convert and release the production order in time, maintain the production order BOM if needed
-Participate daily morning meeting, monitor the detailed production plan for each production cell
-Follow the actual production progress, push each cell to finish the product on time
-Monitor the actual picking up plan and keep close communication with order handling
-Establish good communication with production teams and other department colleagues in order to optimise delivery capability

3. Spare parts
-Responsible for the quotation of spare parts, coordinate the necessary resources to make the quotation correct.
-Monitor the delivery plan of spare parts, work closely with other planners to prioritize spare part and robot orders to satisfied customer demands

4. ECO
-Participate weekly ECO meeting of industrial robot, maintain the routing if needed
-Responsible for the master data of industrial robot "E" parts, maintain the related data correctly



Requirement:

Knowledge:

-Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer/Project Management/logistic
-Fluent in written and oral English, above CET4 (preferred)
-Knowledge of supply flow and supply chain
-Knowledge of queue management, lean management or PMP

Skill:
-Confirm customer order delivery time on time;
-Have the capability to plan the weekly and daily production plan for the process with bottleneck and constraint
-Reach the monthly plan target
-Keep order delivery on time, closely tracking and monitor the production progress, command information timely link with production task
-Keep WIP and FG stock, Pre-alert the goods pickup date
-Plan and release order without material shortage timely
-With the power to handle and drive cross function work, can be the interface
-Good communication with production, buyer, PM or other functions
-Monitor SAP MRP running result, keep and maintain data correctly; especially with good hand-shake with buyer team
-With initiative to take the role for any extra assigned job

Experience:
-With 3 years planning or line management scope experience
-Familiar with SAP PP module
-Good team work spirit, open mind
