Job Responsibility
1、Provide customers with quality service; prevent the risk of fraud and credit; estimate customer credit rating; review and estimate the application materials of consumer finance business.
2、Ensure timeliness, accuracy, reasonableness for audit work through excerpts and telephone surveys of customer information to prevent the risk of fraud and credit.
3、Implement risk prevention strategies; timely collect and feedback risk information to prevent the risk of fraud and credit effectively.
4、Ensure prompt attention to customers’ disputes and complaints for audit work.
5、Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above; major in marketing, management, finance, economic related is preferred.
2、At least two years working experience; with foreign banks, credit guarantees, risk control related work experience is preferred.
3、Active, responsive, careful, diligent, good communication skills and strong sense of customer service.
4、Good ability of customer communication, interpersonal and customer relationship.
5、Strong learning ability to quickly learn new things and knowledge.
6、Excellent language skills and quick thinking.
7、Honesty, trustworthy, modesty, integrity, cheerful, strong sense of responsibility and high degree of team spirit and enthusiasm.
8、Proficient in written and spoken English.
