JOB SUMMARY 工作概述：
The Quality Engineer ensures the quality of product in the blow molding/FC/Assembly manufacturing process by representing effectively procedures defined in the quality system. He/she develops adequate controls to ensure product quality
l 质量工程师通过在质量体系中定义有效的程序以确保吹塑/机加工和装配生产流程的产品质量；他/她通过适当的控制和改进以确保产品质量。
Main Mission 主要职责:
Ensure that 100% of the tanks meet safety and quality requirements
Handle customer concerns and provide corrective action responses
Satisfy the Customer(s)
Reduce the Quality cost (scrap,…)
Make sure that all internal procedures are in place and respected
Track process capabilities and scrap in order to provide information to management for improvement Support continuous improvement
Must successfully complete all required training。
Prepare the data and good/bad part for daily quality meeting, and follow up the corrective action for all 8D.
Other duties as assigned.

跟踪过程能力及废品率以提供给管理层准确信息进行改进
支持持续改进项目
参与并成功完成所需接受的培训
为日质量例会准备数据及好/坏件，建立年8D跟踪表，并跟踪行动计划的落实情况。

No right to sigh the deviation waiver Can stop production Responsible to take care all quality issues from production line 无权签放偏差让步批准 有停线的权利； 有责任处理所有来自生产现场的质量相关事宜 Competences and education background 能力及教育背景： Quality Background； Excellent knowledge of the product and the process； Knowledge of plastic (properties and applications) ISO TS16949； Excellent communication skills (customer, production, maintenance)； Ability to work in a fast paced； Ability and availability to work unusual hours； Must be able to work in a team environment； Bachelor degree 质量工作经验； 对产品及过程控制拥有良好的知识； 塑料方面的知识（工具及其应用）； 了解质量体系标准TS16949； 良好的沟通技巧（客户、生产、维修等）； 能够适应快节奏的工作方式； 能够适应加班； 有团队合作意识； 本科以上学历 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES 工作经验及学历要求: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial Company 至少3年的制造业工作经验
