Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Build pilot installation and commissioning of charger equipment & system together with installation partners in apartment compound, through the coordination with car owners, property management company, grid company, etc;
2.Build up the proper procedure of charger installation & commissioning with the installation partners and improver continuously;
3.Support to build up the charger service and maintenance model;
4.Support and manage the installation partners to meet the installation and commissioning requirement with the increasing of the charger volume;
5.Technical support to customers via phone call, email and fax;
6.Internal technical support to sales and project management;
7.Support the service business;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related;
2.Experience in site service with involvement of electrical engineering;
3.Able to endure frequent travel and the hardship of commissioning on site;
4.Good logic elaborative faculty and the ability to solve technical problem;
5.Good Chinese and English communication skills both verbal and in writing;
6.Good computer skills;
