职位描述
Job Objective:
Provide professional and effective HR support to the following human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform recruitment activities in accordance with company’s internal hiring process and procedures. These activities may include job advertising, CV screening, candidate interviewing, candidates ranking & selecting, interviews arranging, offer negotiating, candidate’s reference checking, candidates on board process assisting, weekly recruitment status submitting, etc.
Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and standardized job description for all positions.
Conduct the orientation training to all new employees on a regular basis.
Recommend changes by evaluating external market conditions and internal employee turnover trends.
Accountable for talent relocation activities.
Manage the training activities and provide the training reports.
Qualifications:
Master degree. Major in Human Resource. At least 3 years
HR professional working experiences in recruitment function in foreign
owned companies.
Passionate, strong sense of responsibility and result orientated.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and influence capability, be able to work with people at difference levels.
Good command of Microsoft Office, be familiar with PeopleSoft system is a plus
