Requirement:
1. Positive attitude, good communication and coordination skills, passion with people.
2. Strong Knowledge and experience with IE/lean manufacturing concept and system.
3. Minimum 10 years working experience and 5 years management role of IE engineering.
4. Strong leadership, project management & problem solving skills.
Responsibility:
1) Lead the IE team responsible for manufacturing process engineering, production planning, facility management, and lean.
2) Develop manufacturing layout and manufacturing headcount plans for sustaining as well as new packages and product technology deployment.
3) Responsible for defining manufacturing headcount, equipment, and space capacity to support forecasted factory demand.
4) Coordinate forecast, order, and installation for manufacturing equipment.
5) Lead factory productivity improvement to meet production cost targets through factory performance analysis and improvement strategies.
6) Partner closely with Planning; Logistics; Materials, Product engineering, Manufacturing/ Operations, Facilities to manage and improve capacity systems and business processes to meet targets.
7) Act as a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements;
8) Train, educate, and mentor others in the organization on Lean/ 6 Sigma principles.
