职位描述
工作概述:
The Financial Controller is responsible to lead the company’s short and long-range plan development; help drive the business toward achievement of those plans, financial and non-financial; and safeguard INERGY assets. Work is performed in a fast paced environment within tight time restraints. Unusual hours and travel may be required.
财务经理负责引导公司的短期和长期的发展计划，帮助推动公司业务向着计划达成，包括财务和非财务的；而且保护INERGY资产。在快节奏的环境里随着紧凑的时间控制下执行工作。有可能需要安排加班和旅行。
主要职责:
l Organize and follow up the accounting of the company for external and internal reporting
l Implement corporate financial rules and procedures and control their enforcement
l Relationships with Tax、statistical、financial institutions and co-operation with internal and external auditors
l Reviews financial impact of current and future operations
l Oversee budget forecasting, long-range plan development and implementation
l Responsible for operating reviews and identifying business process improvements
l Responsible to supervise and develop direct reports
l Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
l Provide support to other positions as needed
l Other duties as assigned
l 组织和跟踪公司帐务为外部和内部的报告 l 贯彻集团财务制度和流程并且监控其执行 l 处理和税务、统计、财务等机构关系，与内部和外部的审计人员合作 l 审核当前和将来营运的财务影响 l 检查预算的预测，长期的发展计划和执行 l 负责营运的审核和促进业务流程的改进 l 负责管理和发展直接报表 l 必须遵守所有工作规则、政策和流程 l 提供必要的支持给其他的职位 l 其他被安排的事情
