工作概述：

The Production Manager supervises the production, manages personnel on plant floor and training of new process and maintenance personnel to ensure quality and on-time delivery to the customers. He/she optimizes the production costs (direct people costs)

生产部经理管理生产，管理生产线及维修人员并对其进行培训以确保达到公司质量要求并及时供货给客户，同时优化生产成本（包括直接人工成本的优化）

主要职责:

Is responsible for the respect of the delays and costs of production

Ensure manufacturing according to production planning

Ensure the follow-up of the indicators of production and updates

Is responsible for the working climate and discipline

Is responsible for the whole activity in the workshop of production: safety, quality, respect of planning

Initiate actions in order to improve the productivity, to reduce the cost of non quality

Carry out a regular control of the expenditure, budgets exploitation, maintenance and fixed assets

Able to stop the production in the event of detected nonconformities

Participate at the studies for improving quality level within production

Assure the display of the objectives and performances for production activity

Define and check the capabilities of the factory for new projects (availability of the work force and equipments)

Develop and maintain both a safe facility environment and a workforce capable of meeting manufacturing requirements in accordance with production & delivery schedules

Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution

Participate in defining the training plan for its service

Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures

Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness

负责工作环境及工作纪律

负责整个工厂的生产活动：安全、质量、计划执行等

发起改进生产效率的行动并降低非质量方面的成本

执行费用控制、制定生产、维修及固定资产的预算

一旦发现缺陷应停止生产

参与提高生产质量水平的培训

确保目标及生产活动的执行

定义、确认工厂新项目生产能力（包括劳动力及设备）

改善、维护安全的工作环境及劳动能力以达到与生产&发货计划的生产要求

确保对其管理人员的评估并制定发展计划

参与制定与其相关的培训计划

遵循所有工作制度、原则及程序

必须遵循所有安全规定、制度并提高安全意识

职位要求：

Must have a thorough knowledge of the assigned Product Line (Fuel Systems) including operations, procedures, products, terminology, quality standards, and equipment

Must have workable knowledge of budgets, inventory, costing, scheduling .

Leadership: able to maintain a high discipline level and to motivate his team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain working relationship with internal and external customers

Must be flexible, dependable and creative

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize

Have basic communication skill in English.

IPS basic knowledge.

College graduated

大专以上学历
