职位描述
岗位职责：
1.掌握生产所巡检监督范围的工艺流程和技术文件要求，对生产车间各个关键工序、特殊过程进行参数确认并监督检查，发现异常及时纠正并汇总上报；
2.制程检验，对生产过程质量进行监控，出货检验，保证出货符合客户的质量要求；
3.分析最终产品及过程产品失效原因，并提出改进方案；
4.负责组织建立和完善公司质量管理体系，成功应对客户审核；
5.负责建立和健全质量岗位职责，负责公司质量事故的处理；
6.负责编制周、月产品质量统计报表，建立现场工位图，培训下属质检人员及生产人员质量意识，提高其工作效率和工作质量；
7.监督生产车间的环境卫生，配合落实5S管理。
任职要求：
1.25--35岁，男女不限；
2.大专以上学历，通信、电子相关专业；
3.两以上通信、电子行业质量管理工作经验，熟练使用办公软件，精通质量管理知识和方法；
4.接受过ISO质量管理体系、TQM、现场管理等培训并取得相应的证书；
5.具备优秀的沟通能力、判断能力及决策能力，原则性强。
