岗位职责：
1. 员工入职手续的办理，员工档案、户口的办理及管理；
2. 策划执行公司各类员工活动，丰富企业文化，推进企业文化建设，定期更新公司宣传栏等；
3. 制定年度培训计划并组织实施；
4. 建立内部培训师队伍，并为内部培训师提供咨询和指导，提高培训质量及效果；
5. 年度培训预算的编制与管理；
6. 执行培训效果评估工具，编写评估报告，总结和评估课程效果，提出改善建议，培训效果的跟踪和考量；
7. 管理培训档案，编制培训类报表和分析报告；
8. 完成领导交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具有3年以上培训或企业文化建设相关工作经验，已婚已育优先；
2. 性格开朗、善于创新，并具有良好的沟通协作能力，工作积极主动，责任心强，具有团队合作精神；
3. 文笔佳，擅长企业文化活动策划、熟练运用相关办公软件。
