职位描述
Responsibility 工作职责
1. Arrange production schedule, organize and supervise the implementation;
根据生产任务安排生产进度，组织监督生产实施；
2. Manage the production site under regulation;
生产现场管理，确保符合相关规定；
3. Make annual work plan and goals;
制订部门年度工作计划和目标；
4. Manage training and task instruction;
组织培训和编制作业指导书；
5. Be in charge of workshop EHS, production task, cost and quality,etc
全面负责本车间安全、质量、成本控制及生产任务；
6. Be in charge of CIP;
负责推动生产工艺的持续改进；
7. Be in charge of TPM;
负责车间的全面生产管理
Requirememt 职位要求
1. Associate degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or relevant;
大专及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业；
2. More than five years experience in auto manufacturing management;
五年及以上从事汽车制造管理经验；
3. More than three years experience in workshop management;
三年及以上车间管理经验；
4. Be familiar with parts production management and lean production;
熟悉部件生产管理和精益生产；
5. Be familiar with roll-forming, stamping, punching, laser cutting and assembly equipment or relevant equipment;
熟悉辊型、冲压、冲孔、激光切割和装备设备或相关设备；
6. Good team work spirit;
良好的团队合作精神；
7. Mandarin and English in daily work communication
具备良好的中英文日常交流能力
