1. 辊压设备操作及维护；
2. 生产现场管理；
3. 操作员日常培训；
4. 负责所在班组的全面生产管理和工艺的持续改进。
职位要求
1. 三年及以上汽车制造管理经验；
2. 熟悉辊型、冲压、冲孔、激光切割和装配设备或相关设备；
3. 了解全面生产管理和工艺持续改进；
4. 具有良好的团队合作精神和独立解决问题的能力
