Responsibility 主要职责
1.Responsible for the CI task, make the staff understand and utilize the relevant CI tools, continuously improve the manufacturing system.
负责及协助开展持续改进工作，使员工理解并使用相关的工具，不断改进工厂制造系统。
2.Utilize the 6 sigma tools and skills to measre and improve the manufacturing process and technology process.
运用六西格玛工具和技巧衡量、分析、改进生产过程及工艺流程。
3.Tracking the production state, guarantee to achieve the objectives of quality control and cost saving in time.
跟踪生产状态并保证及时完成质量及成本节约目标。
4.Disseminate the 6 sigma method and give the basic training to the staff.
在工厂中宣传六西格玛，并对员工进行基础的六西格玛培训、辅导。
Requirements 职位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or relevant.
大学本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
2.3 years or more experience in manufacturing.
3年及以上从事机械制造业经验。
3.Good knowledge of lean production.
熟练掌握精益生产的相关知识。
4.Good knowledge of 6 sigma method.
熟练掌握六西格玛的相关知识。
5.Have a good team work spirit and problem solving skills.
具有良好的团队合作精神和解决问题的能力。
6.Mandarin and English ability for daily work and communication.
具备良好的中英文沟通交流能力。
