职位描述
Responsibility 主要职责
1.Make and implement the production equipment procurement plan of the products production, pre-series production and measurement and detection.
制定和实施生产用设备的购置计划。
2.Implement the tasks of the production equipment bidding and comparison and selection of suppliers.
实施生产设备的招标、比选等采购工作。
3.Responsible for writing the commercial part of the bidding dossier, organizing the review of the bidding documents.
负责招标文件商务部分的编制，组织标书评审工作。
4.Responsible for drafting the commercial contracts.
负责起草商务合同。
5.Responsible for organizing the installation, debugging, check and acceptance of the production equipment.
负责组织生产设备的安装、调试和验收。
6.Responsible for organizing to conclude and sign the procurement contracts and document management.
负责组织生产设备购置合同的签订和资料管理。
Requirements 职位要求
1.Bachelor degree and above, major in mechanical engineering or relevant.
大学本科及以上学历，机械、电器工程或相关专业。
2.3 years or more experience in auto manufacturing.
3年及以上从事汽车制造业经验。
3.Good knowledge of the procedure and relevant laws and regulations of equipment procurement, bidding and improt declaration.
熟练掌握设备采购、招投标流程，进口报关流程，及相关法律法规。
4.Be familiar with the production equipment line.
了解生产线设备的特性。
5.Have a good teamwork spirit and problem solving skills.
具备良好的团队合作精神和解决问题的能力。
6.Mandarin and English ability for daily work and communication.
具备良好的中英文沟通交流能力。
