职位描述
Responsibility 工作职责：
1. Ensure part been testing and verifying according to drawing, standard and specifications.
保证公司的产品按图纸及规范要求实施试验验证
2. Responsible for collecting customer, industry technical standards and national technical standards, finishing the archive.
负责收集公司产品类别所涉及的顾客技术标准和国家及行业技术标准，整理存档
3. Performing the confirmatory test for the samples from supplier according to the company standard and release the report.
根据公司标准对供应商样件进行认可试验，并及时出具报告；
4. Performing the routine test for the samples from site according to the test plan and release the report.
根据公司标准和内部试验计划，对现场产品进行抽检试验，并及时报告；
5. Support to analyzing the problem from the site
支持现场问题分析
6. Lab equipment maintenance and calibration management.
实验设备的维护与计量管理
7. Responsible for improving and upgrading laboratory testing capacity.
负责试验室的改进及试验能力提升
8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements 岗位要求：
1. College graduated required (Engineering, Science, Technical)
至少专科学历（工科，理科）
2. Ability to read and understand engineering drawing, measurement and/or scales gauges
能够阅读和理解工程图纸，并具备测量/量检具知识
3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, punctual, team spirit
能够独立工作，守时，具备团队精神
4. Experience on measurement devices and testing equipment is strongly preferred, such as FARO, metal welding inspecting, salt-spray, microscope, geometry control gauge….
具备实验和测量设备经验优先：FARO，盐雾试验，显微，量检具…
5. Certificate of welding inspection is strongly preferred.
具备焊接检验资格优先
6. Certificate of calibration is preferred.
具备计量管理资格优先
7. Can read English drawing. Simple oral English for normal communication.
能够阅读英语图纸，并可以使用简单的英语会话
8. Microsoft Office computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, MS Outlook…
会使用office软件
9. More than two years lab related experience is preferred
两年以上实验室相关经验优先
10. Must comply with all safety rules, regulations, work rules, policies and procedures.
