Responsibility 工作职责：
- Chosse the suitable custom agency to handle the import and export daily work
选择合适的国际货运代理公司并处理进出口的日常工作
- Chosse the logistic supplier according to requirement
按照公司要求选择合适的国内运输供应商
- Communicate with internal department and custom agency, satisfied the import and export demanding, follow up and confirm customer shipment order on time in full
和部门及国际货运代理公司进行有效沟通，满足进出口需求；跟踪进出口订单，确保准时完整交货
- Communicate with internal department and logistic supplier, satisfied the transportation management (supplier to factory; factory to supplier), follow up and confirm customer shipment order on time in full
和部门及国内物流运输商进行有效沟通，满足运输需求（供应商至工厂/工厂至供应商）；跟踪订单，确保准时完整交货
- Input and maintain the ERP for logistic
操作及维护ERP中的运输相关信息
- Work with German team to design the logistic solution, such as type of container, quantity and delivery date and so on.
和德国团队共同设计国内运输方案，如周转箱方案选择确认，交付方式等
- Follow up logistic delivery date, control the inventory.
跟踪运输交付日期，控制库存
- Review the agreement regularly and chosse the competitive supplier according to requirement in the approved vendor list
定期回顾运输合同，完成运输供应商从准入至管理的合格供应商管理流程
- Support and temporary work if necessary
有需要的其他工作
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Process / Logistic Management or similar
本科学历及以上，工商管理、流程/物流管理及相关专业
- Three or more years’ experience in supply chain management, especially automotive or related industry
三年及以上汽车或相关行业供应链管理工作经验，
- Experience in state of the art logistic tools and transport management
熟悉物流工具及物流管理
- Excellent ability in organization, contract management and cost reduction
出色的组织、合同管理及控制成本能力
- Very good computer skills in Microsoft Office Products
熟练的办公软件操作技巧
- High level of written and spoken English, German is a plus
熟练的英语听、说、读、写
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
