任职要求：
1、根据国家财务会计法规和行业会计规定，结合公司特点，负责拟定公司会计核算的有关工作细则和具体规定，报经领导批准后组织实施。
2、参与拟定财务计划，审核，分析、监督预算和财务计划的执行情况。
3、根据《会计法》的规定结合本行业实际情况对发生的下列事项，应及时办理会计手续，进行会计核算。款项和有价证券的收付；财物的收发、增减和使用；债权债务的发生和结算；资本、基金的增减；收入、支出、费用、成本的计算；财务成果的计算和处理；其他需要办理会计手续、进行会计核算的事项。
4、 在上级主管领导下，准确、及时地做好帐务和结算工作，正确进行会计核算，认真审核原始凭证并填制记帐凭证，按照规定每月扎帐后进行结帐、记帐。定期对会计帐簿记录的有关数字与库存实物、货币资金、有价证券、往来单位或各人等进行互相核对，保证帐证相符、帐帐相符、帐实相符。
5、按照国家统一会计制度的规定，负责编制本公司的月报、季报、年度会计报表、年度会计决算及附注说明和利润分配核算工作。 6、负责固定资产的财务管理，每月正确计提固定资产折旧，定期不定期的组织清产核资工作。
7、负责公司税金的计算、申报和缴纳工作，协助有关部门开展财务审计、税务检查和年审。
8、负责会计监督,根据规定的成本、费用开支范围和标准，审核原始凭证的合性、合理性和真实性，审核费用审批手续是否符合公司规定。
9、及时做好会计凭证、帐册、报表等财会资料的收集、汇编、归档等会计档案管理工作。
10、根据《售电、售水管理制度》及时准确的完成各区已入住的用户办理电卡、水卡的售电、售水工作。
11、协助部长做好部门内务工作，完成财务部部长临时交办的其他任务。
12、监督财务部各岗位履行《财务管理制度》情况。
