职位描述
Doing user research and designing applications for one of the hottest segments of the software industry, to attract more users with the wonderful design.
Support marketing team for beautifying the web or documents for product developing etc.
Responsibility:
Part one: Web or Application product UI design:
1. Create UI design proposals; write UI specification based on approved design proposal.
2. Coordinate UI proposal/UI specification evaluation and review meetings.
3. Participate in evaluation and review of UI design proposals and UI specifications owned by other designers.
4. Maintain responsible features, understand the market situation of the feature and suggest for improvements.
5. Handle usability issues, including organizing usability tests, conducting end-user need study, collecting feedback from the field.
6. Build up and update database for all of design proposals and final works, save the copy in an IT’s sever.
7. Complete other related UI design works.
Part two: Marketing material graphic design:
1. Design new product’s graphics.
2. Design marketing materials, such as, brochure, web page, poster, catalog etc.
3. Build up and update database for all of marketing graphic designs, save the copy in an IT’s sever.
4. Complete other related graphic design works.
Request:
1. Bachelor Degree above, major in graphic design or art design.
2.Two or more years experience with focus on UI design Hands on experience on various measurement equipments and industry test standards.
3. Familiarity with Photoshop , CorelDraw, Dreamweaver, Axure rp , HTML, CSS , Solid experience on iPhone & android UI design.
4. Strong foundation of art, graphic editing capabilities, specializes in a variety of styles designed; Well aesthetic, creativity and good skills at using of color. Ability to work independently under pressure. Proactive and Flexible working style.
5. Good listening/communication skills
6. Proactive and honest in nature and be able to co-work with colleague.
7. Good coaching skill to help other team members in solving engineering problems.
8. Innovative thinking to seek the opportunities and drive the innovation from UI side for products.
9. Good English language skills in written listening and speaking.
