Job Description:
Manage the team to take in charge of the below responsibilities:
1.Design for system verification:
- New generation chipset platforms and customers’ platforms research, preparations for verification.
- Research IC system application, SCH&PCB design for system verification and provide demo board to customer side and support;

2.Stability and Compatibility verification for customers mass production based on customer applications:
- To collect customers’ requirements and analyze/meet the requirements
- ATE and Bench correlation
- Engineering Sample verification
- RMA (Failure units in customer Production line) process, support for ATE test program development, yield rate improvement
- ESD/DV validation
- Software QA and support for the development
- High speed mixed-signal designed systems analysis, such as customers schematics and PCB review, Signal Integrity Analysis, EMI analysis and provide solution

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above, with system design and debugging experience >=5years
- Team management experience >=2years.
- Proficient in digital circuit technology, Analog and Digital high speed mixed-signal design experience is required. Be familiar with Schematics and PCB design.
- Be familiar with Hardware Debug tool, such as high speed oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer etc....
- Be familiar with computer hardware system architecture and DOS/Windows/Linux, embedded system is preferred.
