Job Responsibilities工作职责:
Manage the engineers and shift leaders in his team in order to:
Ensure the production efficiency of the line
Improve and meet quality level of the products from the line
Keep consistency between production schedule and actual activities
Guide and control the proper usage of production equipments / assets
Steer the continuous improvement actions inside the line
Report to management of the line status
Build / promote the team spirit in the line
Control manpower resource against budget
Evaluate performance of his team members against targets
Follow a consistent and fair discipline in accordance to company policies, rules and regulations inside the team.
Ensure safe and healthy operation inside the line
Implement 5S administration in his line
EHS:
Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules.
Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.
Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.
Be responsible for own area risk assessment and keep on updating.
Be responsible for EHS inspections and program /procedure implementation in his working area (machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, etc).
Before each job, check if the equipment/machine safety device are in good order.

Job Requirements工作要求
Master an Engineer level in terms of technical skills, mathematics, physics, management
Knowledge of the process and be able to understand all the physical or mechanical effects on the product during its transformation (in following training and reading the SEKURIT and machine suppliers manual)
Pleased English /(speak and write)
>3years experience in managing production teams(3shifts)
