Job Descriptions:

1. Lead and coordinates activities associated with the supplier quality management.主导并协调一切与供应商质量相关联的活动。
2. Compile the inspection card and provide training for IQC inspectors. 编制进货检验指导书并对检验员进行培训。
3. Support production to avoid the line stop due to supplier quality issues. 支持生产过程防止因为供应商质量问题导致的生产线停产。
4. Work with SQE to evaluate supplier quality system and process, and maintenance supplier performance database. 和供应商发展工程师一起评估供应商，维护供应商绩效数据。
5. Effective communication with supplier regarding drawings, specifications, function and process. 与供应商关于图纸、尺寸、功能和制造过程进行有效的沟通。
6. Verify the samples and sample approval document according to the requirement of part approval process.(PPEP procedure). 根据产品认证流程检验和验证产品。
7. Cooperate with the supplier in improve of process and quality, ensure the achievement of quality objective. 协同供应商一起改进加工流程，提高产品质量以保证完成质量目标。
8. Work with supplier on resolving effective materials issues, root cause analysis and corrective actions. 和供应商一起解决质量问题，分析问题产生的原因并采取有效行动。

Qualification Requirements资质要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical and Material Engineering. 本科及以上学历，机械和材料工程专业。
2. At least 3 years　SQE working experience in manufacturing company. 至少3年以上制造行业的SQE工作经验。
3. Familiar with ISO9001 , 7 QC tools, MSA, and 8D, 6 sigma etc.熟悉ISO9001, 7大QC手法，测量系统分析，8D的运用，6sigma等。
4. Can read drawings ,familiar with ISO8015 standard. 能看懂机械零件图纸,熟悉ISO8015尺寸公差标准。
5. Good understanding and application skills of Quality Inspection tools. 熟悉并能够应用与质量检测相关的工具。
6. Willing to travel usually and work remote at supplier locations occasionally. 愿意出差并偶尔在供应商处工作。
7. .Familiar with plastics parts, metal parts and PCBA industry standard, spec. and related process. 熟悉塑胶件、金属部件和PCBA行业的技术标准、规格及相关的流程。
8. Can work directly with suppliers at problem solving and process implementation. 能独立处理和供应商的问题，有良好的执行能力。
9. Fluent English oral, speaking, reading and writing. 良好的英语听说读写技能。
10. Good communication skill, good team work spirit. 良好的沟通能力，良好的团队精神。
