Main Responsibilities/工作职责

1. Manage Launch/re-Launch projects to meet the timeline

2. Work closely with Supply Chain project leader to define the allocation and project detail

3. Draft new production development schedule plan (including each department responsibility and follow up), update and report L/RL project status in time

4. Conduct & coordinate relevant departments’ person regularly reviewing L/RL project to ensure all participating departments who can realize respective tasks and executing conditions, record and monitor the follow-ups

5. Define clear ownership for each step and drive the task closure, work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Legal departments during project process

6. Communicate with relevant departments timely for potential risks

7. Support product changes request from Marketing and Legal departments timely

8. Support to reduce leftover cost when re-launch new products

Qualification & Experience/职位要求

1. Familiar with launch / re-launch process of cosmetic product

2. At least 2 years planning experience in manufacturing environment in cosmetic sector

3. Good English presentation skill

4. Project management skill

5. Good communication and coordination skill

6. Bachelor or above, fluent in English
