Business Context and Key Challenges
An exciting new role has been created in the team for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a fast paced, engaged HR team. You will be responsible for providing business partnering to a number of the departments within the company in the areas of Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, Retention and Succession Planning aligned with the BDF China HR strategy ensuring best practice. We aim to deliver a stronger, more competitive business by harnessing the organizations most valuable resources: its human capital


Main Accountabilities& KPI’s
· To provide full HR strategic partnership to BDF China Wuhan office, plant and R&D center.
· To develop and execute HR strategy according to business strategy and drive the business growth with the strategic and tactical approaches
· To partner with business leader to develop a highly effective leadership team
· To lead capability building through attracting, developing and retaining the right talents by leveraging HR service capability
· Influence and partner with business managers to make appropriate assessments of employees performance and potential, and develop action plans and retention program
· Facilitate mid-year and year-end performance review, provide necessary trainings to management to ensure meritocracy and flawless execution
· Foster a positive working environment. Timely communication with employees to pulse morale and learn their concerns and requirements, ensure clear understanding of HR policies and processes. Act as a single HR contact to address people related issues and questions
· Communicated findings and recommendations to line managers regarding team motivation and retention
· Acting as the key contract person with local labor authorities
· Proactively identify, initiate, and lead projects to drive employee engagement, retention and employer branding
· Champion the desired culture and manage its development

Relevant Experience
· HR BP experience in Manufacturing is necessary
· Strong industry and business acumen will be preferred
Additional Requirement (eg. Education, language…)
· Bachelor degree and above
· Minimum 8 years HR experience with multinational company knowledge & skills in a senior HR role
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity
· Strong leadership and influence skills particularly with senior managers
· Fluent in both English and Chinese
· High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality
· Project Management and Change Management Skills.
