MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

l Lead and supervise the various warehouse function team, review warehouse personnel regularly to assess performance and give feedback for improvements and efficiency,

l Responsible for inventory management, this includes performing routine cycle counting of all inventory items and making the appropriate inventory adjustments, insure inventory integrity as to quantities and accurate part numbering in the warehouse,

负责库存管理，包括执行例行盘点和相应的库存调整，确保实物库存数量的准确性;

l Set up storage strategy. Analyze, propose, recommend and implement the storage Action Plans, in order to optimize the cost and Quality of Storage,

制定存储策略。分析,计划,建议和实施公司的存储计划,使仓储的花费和质量达到最优化;

l Prepare and maintain production min/max or work order kits to meet the scheduled production release,

准备和维持生产的最小/最大或工作秩序套件，以满足预定的产能释放;

l Plan and control activities of the warehouse staff for efficient movement of inbound and outbound freight,

计划并安排员工以有效率地完成进、出库操作;

l Responsible for Research, analyze and implement methods of increasing productivity, including efficient space utilization, mechanical devices and human resources,

负责研究、分析和实施提高生产力的方法，包括提高空间利用率，机械设备和人力资源的利用率;

l Responsible for managing the service from contracted distribution warehouses and from warehouse equipment renter,

负责管理第三方的仓库和仓储设备租用;

l Coordinate and work with other functions to insure functions between departments operate efficiently and smoothly,

负责与其它部门协调以保证仓库运作的顺利进行;

l 5S management, and report health, safety and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area,

负责5S管理和向主管报告健康、安全和环保事故/事故征候;

l Set up SOP of function to full match management system requirement, e.g.TS14969, OHS18001 etc,

制定相关的SOP以满足公司管理系统的要求，如TS14969,OHS18001;

l Set up the information flow, ensure effective information flow both between internal departments and external departments,

建立信息流规则，确保部门内部和与部门外部的有效信息链;

l Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required.

其它的工作任务由主管指派或公司业务的需求tasks assigned by leader.

KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

l Good communication skills Ability to communicate well with all staff levels. Ability to communicate in written and spoken English,

具备与各层员工沟通的能力，良好的口头和书面英语表达能力;

l Computer proficiency using MS Office Programs,

熟练使用办公软件；

l Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) or MRP System and materials flow in a manufacturing operation,

熟悉仓库管理体系，MRP系统及制造运营中的物料流程；

l Have 3-5 year experience in warehouse management position of diverse workforce in high volume warehouse manufacturing atmosphere,

3-5年大型制造业仓库管理经验；

l Logistics knowledge and inventory management skill,

具备物流知识和存货管理技能；

l Strength of basic problem analysis and solving skills - e.g.8D,pareto, run chart, root cause analysis,

具备基础问题分析和解决的能力，如8D分析，链图，根本原因分析等；

l Minimum of two years experience with MRP System and inventory control system.

至少2年以上MRP系统及存货控制系统工作经验。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

l Educational: College degree on on Engineering or business，

工程或商务专业，大专以上学历；

l Experience: 3 years warehouse experience on a management position in manufacturer.

3年以上制造业仓库管理经验。

A new expanded TRW Automotive Components (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd will open in Wuhan. This new plant will form the footprint for TRW’s continued Braking growth within china. Wuhan plant will locate in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone (Zhuankou District), main products include: rear caliper, front caliper, booster and master cylinder. First assembly line in Wuhan plant will launch in May, 2012, revenue target for 2015 will be 155 million USD.
