主要职责:
-Product development for new projects, such as drawings and BOM, package design and acceptance;
新项目产品改进，如制作BOM图，包装设计。
-Prepare and update products documents, like drawings, BOM, FMEA and products specifications;
准备并更新产品文件，如图样，BOM表，FMEA 及产品说明书。
-Lead the PFMEA, control plan development and updating;
指导PFMEA，控制计划改进及更新。
-Physically follow the new parts production trials, validate and confirm the spec settings to meet customer’s requirement and quality targets for each products
新产品物理性能测试，确保其符合客户要求及质量目标。
-Involvement in process continuous improvement regarding product quality and efficiency, waste reduction, and EHS;
根据产品的质量要求持续改进，降低能耗, 协助达成EHS目标.
-Involvement and support 5S improvement, be responsible for products package design and improvement;
参与并支持5S改进,负责产品包装设计及改进.
-Assist with customer complaints investigation, be responsible for products problem solving;
协助解决客户投诉,负责解决产品存在的问题.
-Assist with Engineering changes in terms of validation support, document control;
在工艺改进方面提供相应的支持及文件控制.
-Provide the training to new staff, including operators;
给新员,包括生产工人提供相应培训.
-Obtained training or self study to maintain knowledge and skills level to meet business development requirements;
持续的自我学习与提高,确保专业技能及知识符合产品更新及发展的需要.

-Reviewing and understanding of statistical data analysis in support of above activities, consideration and recommendations for next activity steps based on conclusions drawn;
充分理解相关的分析数据, 为将来的行动提供有效依据.

任职要求:
Related engineering college degree is required.
相关专业本科以上学历
Work experience within a manufacturing environment.
有相关制造业工作经验
Minimum of 2 years product / process engineering essential.
两年以上产品及过程控制工作经验
Familiar with Microsoft Offices packages, particularly Word, Excel and Power point
熟练操作办公软件,尤其是Word, Excel ,Power Point
Capable of operating a CAD system
熟练操作CAD
Have SAP experience is better
有SAP操作经验者优先
