MAIN MISSION:
By respecting the budget, timing, quality and product specification:
?Participate all the phase of project development with the blowing process expert status, integrate all the blowing process constraint and know-how for: product design, process quotation, blowing process definition, set-up methodology, plant technician training in order to get a robust tank shell production
?Define the tool specification, manage the supplier to provide the blowing equipments (mould, cooling shell, stretching table and other special tools)
?Via blowing trial, define and validate the blowing process parameter to get the blowing tank shell confirmed with product specification, and a stable production process

?Plant (Main for INERGY ASIA region)
?Other technical center for INERGY Worldwide

?Equipment & service supplier (Domestic and oversea supplier)

SPECIAL COMPETENCE (NATURE AND LEVEL):
?Mastery of mechanical design
?Mastery of CAD software (UG or Solidworks or Catia (preferred) , Autocad)
?Good material Knowledge (Ex: aluminum, steel, bronze…)
?Good knowledge for mould design, manufacturing and treatment
?Good knowledge for casting & foundry technology
?Basic knowledge for heating transfer
?Basic automatic & hydraulic knowledge
?Mastery of blowing technology and process
?Good knowledge for the plastic material used in INERGY

EDUCATION BACKGROUND (LEVEL AND MAJOR):
?Bachelor major in Mechanical Design or Mould design

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES:
?Minimum 2 years’ experience for mechanical design or mould design or blowing technology

ADDITIONAL TRAINING (INERGY TRAINING):
?Blowing technology and process for plastic fuel tank shell and filler pipe
?Fluid mechanism, heating transfer and mould cooling
?Project and supplier management
