职位描述
职责：
- 负责所在区域生产设备的维护及保养
- 协助上级进行备件控制，并设法减少设备停机
- 协助上级进行设备改进，提高设备可靠性
- 协助人事部培训生产员工
- 严格遵守安全操作规程
- 新设备的安装调试
- 执行上级安排的其它工作
- 严格遵守公司和部门规章制度
任职资格：
1. 学历背景
机械或电子、电气相关专业大专学历，持有效电工作业操作证
2. 技能及知识
a. 具备较强机械及液压、气动知识
b. 熟悉电器控制原理及PLC简单编程技能
c. 较强的自动化设备维护能力
d. 基础英语
e. 熟悉计算机软硬件维护及熟练操作办公软件
f. 精通电子技术、单片机或懂电路板维修者优先
3. 工作经验
g. 相关一年以上工作经验
h. 能适应倒班工作制
