• Define and choose correct process, method and machine effectively
• Calculate machine capacity and balance the capacity utilization and design the labor requirement
• Time study to balance working load and eliminate bottleneck
• Improve Komax and LP equipment's performance to increase quality and efficiency
• Study process flow and material flow, set up and maintain efficient WIP
• Ensure no loss caused by engineering mistakes
• Coordinate the layout of cutting area, conduct PFP study
• Cutting plan design and maintain, verify and control cutting plan
• Cutting sequence design and maintain
• Ensure the up-to-date and accuracy of cutting database
• Conduct SMED workshop to optimize change over time
• Quality problem solving in cutting
• Fulfill other job assigned by supervisors
• Back up to F/A Engineer
