KEY SERVICES:

• Production Planning and Scheduling
• To receive the customers order & forecast, and filing properly by timing
  sequence.
• Primarily coordinate the creation and implementation of rolling weekly
  Production Plans and Shipping arrangement to meet customers' requirement, whilst minimizing the inventory level.
• Analysis for order information
• Communicate with other relevant departments for the change of the
  production forecast, to adjust the production schedule and goods shipping
  schedule;
• Review the customer orders to verify the production plans, identify and
  highlight capacity gaps between production capability and customers
  requirement, in order provide the options for Management Team to make
  further decision.
• Communicate with customer/Service Center
• Communicate with customers for rolling forecast collection and order
  confirmation
• Documentation all the delivery failure
• Goods delivery delay information and report
• Weekly Goods delivery report for oversea projects & daily shipment report for local projects
• Weekly Goods production report to Service Center
• Communicate with Service Center for extra charge regarding shipping
• Generate the production planning
• Generate a rolling production and delivery work sheet based on the updated order.
• Weekly provide the next 2 weeks production planning to manufacturing.
• Daily communicate with MFG for production status review & follow up action
• Production planning control and adjustment
• Collect and analysis daily production output & weekly report daily schedule attainment.
• Supervise the customers' forecast adjust timely in SAP system
• According to the actual production output in last week to eliminate the potential risk for production capacity and materials supply crisis.
• New Project Involvement
• Follow up the sample orders, pilot orders or other special orders and file the document properly.
• Pass necessary information to operated departments and follow up with the delivery
• Initiate the SOP start up curve plan with input from MFG and IE
• On time delivery, No any delay and air freights due to miss-planning
• Issue Delivery Instruction for finished goods.
• Report the weekly production and shipping information to Service center as requested
• Collect and analysis the feedback from customers for the delivery monitor
• All related documents must be filed properly.
• Outside FG W/H management for local projects
• Control outside FG W/H handling, labeling, receiving, shipment per customer's specific requirement
• Keep reasonable FG stock in outside W/H to balance customer demand and inventory
• Annual physical taking to ensure outside W/H stock accuracy
• Support Im. / Ex. Team to monitor local contracted forwarder's service performance
• Collect information when failure occurs for PRR issue & cost recovery.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Education Background

University (Bachelor) graduate or above

2. Skills and knowledge

a. Good command in both written & spoken English;

b. Practiced PC skill

c. MRP II know-how

d. Good supervision skills, problem solving skill, communication skills, and
presentation skill

3.Working Experience

a. At least two years MPS/PC&L management experiences which under pressure.

b. Automobile marketing knowledge & experience is preferred.
