KEY SERVICES:
- Execute programs Flawlessly ( Achieve all 10 FL metrics )
- Follow PDP process and EOS implementation
- Escalation of risk / issue on time
- Understand and communicate customer requirement to the team
- Lead cross functional team for program goals: FLW, EOS, QVC
- Establish and track the project plan
- Make sure APQP is followed
- Responsible for program Value Stream Profitability

QUALIFICATION:
- Education: College Degree in Engineering;
- Proficient in English; Japanese skill will be priority.
- Experience: 3-5 years in automotive industry.
- Good communication & Team work skill.
