-For our Energy Sector in Wuhan, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer/电气工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Provide technical requirements and standards touching new customized machine; propose improving requirements and suggestions and also participate in machine acceptance; monitor and inspect suppliers to solve machine’s problems in the warranty period;

-对于新定制设备的采购提供相关技术要求及标准；提出设备整改要求及建议并参与设备验收；监督并检查供应商解决质保期内出现的问题、故障。

2. Record the procedure of vital repair and maintenance activities and also make relevant working guides on them; File up relevant documentations on machine handbooks or manuals, repair and maintenance logs, working guides, and customer service sheets or reports from suppliers;

-记录重大维修、保养活动过程并制作相关工作指引; 整理并归档设备手册、说明书、维修保养记录及工作指引和供应商维保服务报告（单）。

3. Provide technical support and share with know-how experiences on equipment related;

-提供设备相关的技术支持以及分享经验、诀窍。

4. Draw up and update preventive and predictive plans on equipment related;

-制定及更新设备相关的预防性和预见性维护保养计划。

5. Schedule tracking and process monitoring of the retrofit and overhaul projects; in charge of the on-site administration and coordination of those projects;

-改造、大修项目的进度跟踪、过程监控以及施工过程中的现场管理和协调。

6. Communicate and confirm with workshop the schedule of shutdown repair and maintenance activities according to the plan or temporary requirements;

-依照计划或者临时需要同车间沟通和确认设备停机维修和保养时段。

7. Train and coach operator to carry out machine checklist and maintenance activities belong to workshop side;

-培训和指导设备操作者实施与生产相关的设备点检和保养。

8. Timely feedback the purchase requirements information to procurement; follow up and push procurement to shorten delivery period; Communicate and Confirm spare parts specification and retrofit and overhaul projects scheme with procurement and suppliers; Provide professional suggestions and experiences to procurement on technical level to minimize procurement costs;

-在技术层面向采购部门提供专业的建议和经验最小化采购成本 定期同采购部门反馈采购需求信息；跟踪及推动采购部门缩短到货时间同采购部门和供应商沟通和确认备件规格信息以及改造、大修施工方案, 在技术层面向采购部门提供专业的建议和经验最小化采购成本。

9. Assign, coordinate and monitor staffs’ daily work; Conflicts and complaints resolution between staffs and feedback abnormal phenomena to line manager in time;

-安排、协调及监督员工的每日工作, 处理冲突及抱怨处理并及时反馈员工异常状况。

10. Other tasks assigned by line manager；

-直线经理交办的其他工作任务。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Above 5 yrs transformer industry electrical and facility maintenance working experience; University degree with majored in electromechanical, electrical and automation related，merit in multi-national company working experience;

-5年以上变压器行业电气设备维护工作经验，大学本科以上学历，机电及电气自动化相关专业，有外企从业经历者优先；

2. Familiar with transformer processing machines;

-熟悉变压器生产设备（乔格线、气相干燥、发电机组）。

3. Be able to draw up, implement, and monitor retrofit and overhaul projects independently;

-能独立制定、实施、监控设备改造、大修项目。

4. 1-2 years of team leading and management experiences (around 5 maintenance crews);

-1-2年团队领导和管理经验（5人左右维修团队规模）。

5. Good communication, coordination, teamwork and result orientation sense, could shoulder pressure, over-time work and 24 hours ready for emergent work;

-具备良好的沟通协调，团队合作以及结果导向意识，能承受压力，适应加班及应对突发状况的24小时待命；

6. Good command of English both in writing and speaking, CET-4 or above

-良好的英文写作和沟通能力，大学英语4级及以上
