1.Key Job Responsibilities 主要工作内容和职责

• Develop and execute operational strategy to lead into lean manufacturing and achieve business excellence.
• 执行和完善公司的经营策略，以实现公司的经营目标。
• Organize and work with other departments to achieve efficient organization and processes and effective communication.
• 组织和协调各部门工作，以实现部门间的友好合作及有效沟通。
• Lead operational team to achieve objectives and KPI.
• 领导运营团队完成公司目标并达到KPI的要求。
• Ensure team is working toward “do it right at first time” to achieve zero defects and develop and implement a learning and knowledge organization.
• 保证运营团队朝着“第一次就把事情做对”、“发展成为学习型组织”的方向努力。
• Lead the team to work out operational budget and control costs (OPEX) and BMC to achieve budget and cost improvements.
• 指导运营团队制定运营预算，有效地控制成本，使得各项运营活动在预算之内进行，同时设法降低运营成本。
• Work with planning to manage and control inventory to achieve defined target with availability of all products for sales.
• 负责监督、管理及控制生产计划及库存，以保障其符合产品销售的目标。
• Lead the team to support Hexagon innovation processes and meeting project requirements.
• 领导团队为海克斯康的工艺创新提供支持，并使之符合项目要求。
• Develop the team to strengthen company core values.
• 强化团队的核心价值观。
• Ensure that organization and processes comply with ISO 9001 and 14000 requirements.
• 保证组织和工作流程符合ISO9001及14000质量体系的要求。
• Ensure operational team to meet the safety requirements.
• 保证运营团队的各项操作符合安全政策的要求。

2.Additional Responisbilities 其它工作职责

• Other ad hoc assignments.
• 其他临时交办的工作。

3.Requirements任职要求

• Bachelor or above. 大学本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry with managing factory operational background, interfaces with or manages cross functional teams engineering, procurement, quality system and planning/logistic etc. will be the preference.
• 10年及以上制造行业相关管理工作经验；熟悉制造型企业的生产工艺、采购、质量管理、计划/物流等各职能工作者优先。
• Prefer to have engineering background.
• 有工程背景者优先。
• Prefer to work in international companies before incl. international traveling and meetings.
• 有大型跨国企业工作经验（包括跨国出差和参加会议）者优先。
• Have strong passionate on his job.
• 对工作充满热情。
• Have strong integrity character.
• 为人正直。
• Prefer Chinese nationality.
• 中国公民优先。

4.Information Technology :Hardware / Software IT方面

• Computer literacy, skilled in MS Office and Windows. ERP/SAP experience is preferred.
• 熟练操作办公软件，熟悉ERP/SAP操作者优先。

5.Languages语言

• CET-6 or above，have good fluency in English speaking.
• 大学英语六级及以上水平，口语流利。
